I spent several hours on the bike today. The time was spent at the Oswego County ATV club trails in and around Altmar, Orwell and Redfield. Riding alone probably isn’t the smartest thing to do, but there were lots of other riders around that could have pulled me out if I couldn’t handle it myself.
The only time I grabbed my camera was during a stop at the Salmon River Falls.
I have no idea what this guy thought he was doing.
Today is the first kayak trip of the season! I can’t wait! We are all geared-up and ready to roll later this afternoon. Follow-up pictures should appear here later!
I took some time this weekend to be involved in some Geocaching. Part of the experience involved a trip to the Salmon River Falls. I captured some video with the Flip Video device and compiled it here for everyone to enjoy.
It was an amazing weekend! The weather was spectacular and the ATV performed great! So it was off to Scriba on Saturday and Altmar on Sunday to capture that last opportunity to ride before the trails closed for the season. Kevin Boutelle managed to capture some excellent video of both days of the event.
Our Saturday Ride – Throughout Scriba
Our Sunday Ride – Altmar on the Oswego County ATV Club Trails
Thanks, Kevin and Kathy, for helping to pull these events together and for assembling these great videos!
The weekend was spent with the Schultz family at Fish Creek Pond Campground in the Adirondack Mountains. As camping experiences go, this was a good one! It was a weekend of contrasts. Weather experiences ranged from warm and sunny to cold and rainy. Outdoor activities ranged from kayaking and fishing to Driving and shopping. As always, it was great to see Edie, Paul, and the three amigos! Check out some of the action…
